PokerHero operates the marketing site pokerhero.gg and the study application at app.pokerhero.gg. For privacy questions, contact support@pokerhero.gg.

Account data: the email address you sign in with, and — if you use Google sign-in — your name and Google account identifier.

Usage data: the packs you load, drills you run, decisions you make in the trainer, and the resulting statistics.

Device and technical data: IP address, browser and operating system, and a device fingerprint we use to protect accounts and prevent abuse.

Payment data: handled by PayPal. We receive a transaction identifier and status, not your card or PayPal login details.

Analytics data: Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure traffic and how features are used. Marketing links may carry source and utm parameters that we store for the session to attribute sign-ups.

To provide the trainer, save your progress, and sync it across your devices.

To process purchases and refunds through PayPal.

To secure accounts, detect fraud and enforce our Terms.

To understand which features and channels work, in aggregate, and improve the product.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (running your account), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent (non-essential analytics cookies), and legal obligation (keeping payment records).

Essential cookies keep you signed in and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time.

We share data with processors that run the service: our hosting and database provider, PayPal for payments, Google for sign-in and analytics, and email delivery for magic links. We do not sell personal data.

Account and usage data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after closure. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Depending on where you live, you can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@pokerhero.gg; we respond within the time the applicable law requires.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
